TEANECK, NJ, March 9, 2000 Cyber M@rketing Services, a leading provider of Internet marketing programs for call centers and their suppliers, today announced that its highly successful call center web site--the Tele-M@rket--has been renamed CRMXchange and redesigned to better reflect additional content focused on customer relationship management. "Over the past five years our site's content has tracked the dramatic changes that have taken place in call centers, particularly their swift move to embrace the principals of customer relationship management," said Larry Matte, cofounder with Sheri Greenhaus of Cyber M@rketing Services.

 

"While our site has reported on, and in many cases anticipated these trends, we have hesitated until now to update our name because of its broad industry recognition," he said. In a related move designed to further expand its coverage of CRM issues and draw visitors to their site, Cyber M@rketing announced that CRMXchange has entered into a co-marketing agreement with Technology Marketing Corporation (TMC), one of the industry's leading call center solution publishers and trade show organizers.

 

The agreement, according to Greenhaus, covers the co-sponsorship of selected CRMXchange on-line sessions, cross-promotional activities in TMC's publications, and links between the two web sites.

 

Launched in 1995, the site has long been recognized as one of the premiere places on the Internet for the exchange of information on customer relationship management (CRM), sales, call center, and telemarketing issues.

 

The site's use of advanced Web technology provides visitors with access to the latest information on trends and best practices and offers suppliers an exceptional opportunity to market their products and services to a highly targeted, senior level audience.

 

Today the site offers a wide variety of resources including access to information on products and services; white papers and case studies; job postings; an on-line meeting place for suppliers and potential distributors; and a section for companies interested in mergers and acquisitions. The site sponsors multi-vendor "Great Debates" as well as regular on-line sessions hosted by individual vendors.

 

Now an international oasis of call center information, CRMXchange boasts 25% non-US participants and is visited by more than 40,000 decision-makers each month, 75% to 80% of which are at the managerial level and above.
