In a related move designed to further expand its coverage of CRM issues and draw visitors to their site, Cyber M@rketing announced that CRMXchange has entered into a co-marketing agreement with Technology Marketing Corporation (TMC), one of the industry's leading call center solution publishers and trade show organizers. |

The agreement, according to Greenhaus, covers the co-sponsorship of selected CRMXchange on-line sessions, cross-promotional activities in TMC's publications, and links between the two web sites. |
